- Wardens: Commanders and strategists who oversee Regime operations and enforce loyalty. Wardens coordinate city security, manage regional governors, and ensure that dissent is swiftly suppressed.
- Technocrats: Scientists and data-mages who develop and control the Regime's most advanced technology and magical suppression tools. They are responsible for innovations in surveillance, Celestial detection, and the enforcement of the magic ban.
- The Foundation: Builders and designers responsible for the Regime's physical infrastructure, grand structures, and surveillance networks. Their work shapes the cities, fortresses, and technological marvels that symbolize Regime order.
- The Watch: Masters of information, surveillance, and psychological control. The Watch manipulates public perception, monitors citizens, and spreads propaganda to maintain the Regime's narrative and suppress rebellion.
- Enforcers: Soldiers, drones, and AI agents who maintain order, hunt down rebels, and search for hidden Celestials. Enforcers are the visible arm of the Regime, feared for their efficiency and unwavering loyalty to authority.

The Regime's leaders are obsessed with preventing another Halvening.
